2PixelSpace stores the account details provided through Google sign-in — your name, email address, profile image, and the identifiers needed to keep your session secure — along with product membership and plan status.
How we use information
Account data is used to sign you in, connect the desktop apps to the correct entitlements, show downloads, provide support, and manage billing. We do not sell personal information.
Desktop app data
2PixelCanvas projects and 2PixelFlow transcripts stay on your device. Neither app sends your work to 2PixelSpace. Where a feature calls a third-party provider you have configured, that request is governed by the provider's own terms.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; 2PixelSpace stores only the identifiers and status needed to match a purchase to your account.
Cookies and sessions
The website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your session. They are required for account functionality and are not used for advertising profiles.
Retention and choices
Account and membership information is kept while your account or licence is active, and as long as security, tax, or legal records require. Use the contact page for account requests.
